How early do you arrive for the event?
Our team typically arrive anywhere from 1 to 2 hours before service begins. We’ll work with you throughout the planning process to confirm timing, venue layouts and production plan.
How much space does the 360 photo booth need?
The current planning guidance calls for a 20×20 foot operating area. Share your venue floor plan to ensure guest flow and placement is optimal.
Can the videos be branded?
Yes! A custom overlay, video transition and music are all part of the experience. Additional branding, custom video effects, branded presentation or reporting options may be available depending on your production plan.
Does the 360 photo booth need internet?
Access to a secure Wi-Fi via venue is preferred for immediate sharing. If the connection is unstable or not available, guest messages can queue and send when internet service returns.
Our staff can also provide internet connection when necessary.
Can the 360 photo booth be outdoors?
Outdoor service depends on weather, sun exposure, surface, power nd venue conditions. A canopy or other protection may be required and unsafe conditions can change or stop operations.
How much does a 360 photo booth cost?
Pricing depends on the event date, location, service duration, production requirements and optional add-ons. To get a better idea, expect for pricing to start in the $3,500 range. Check your date to receive the right scope and quote from our team.
How far do you travel?
We travel all across the San Francisco Bay Area and California for events. Nationwide support is also available! Ask us for a custom quote for events outside of California.
