Design the holiday look around your event
The booth can reflect a company celebration, a winter palette or a private party theme. Share your colors, logo or event artwork, and tell us whether you want a photo template, video overlay or backdrop considered. We’ll confirm which creative options are available for the booth you select and how the design will be approved before the event.
If you have a Christmas, New Year’s Eve or year-end theme, include it in your inquiry. Send any brand guidelines early so the proposed design can fit the rest of the event. Seasonal props, custom backdrops and other production elements will appear in the quote only when OTS confirms availability and scope.

Plan the booth around your party schedule and venue
Share the event schedule
Tell us when guests arrive, when speeches or dinner begin, and when you want the booth operating. For a company holiday party, the right window may include a reception, a team-photo moment or the period after formal programming. We’ll use your timeline to propose operating hours and a placement that works with guest flow.
Confirm the space and delivery
Send the venue name or city, floor plan if available, load-in details and any power or internet rules. Booth footprints and queue needs vary, especially between a stationary photo setup and a 360 platform.
The proposal will confirm the selected setup, arrival plan, staffing and whether guests receive prints, digital files or video. It will also specify any post-event gallery that is included.
Holiday photo booth rental questions
How much does a holiday photo booth rental cost?
Holiday photo booth pricing depends on the booth format, operating time, event location, staffing and selected creative or delivery options. Send your date, venue and estimated guest count so we can prepare a quote with the inclusions clearly listed.
Are photo prints included?
Prints are available with some photo booth formats, while video and digital experiences have different delivery options. Your proposal will state whether your selected package includes on-site prints, digital files, video or a combination.
Can the photo booth match a Christmas or New Year’s Eve theme?
Tell us your event theme, colors and any brand artwork. We can discuss a matching photo design, video overlay or backdrop for the booth you choose, then confirm available creative, proofs and any additional production costs in your proposal.
Which booth fits a company holiday party?
Open Air suits group photos; AI creates themed portraits; Vogue offers runway-style photos and video; and event photography covers moments across the room. A Santa photo shoot or an Open Air and 360 pairing may also fit. Tell us your guest count, floor plan and photo or video priorities so we can recommend a scope.
How much space does the booth need?
Space requirements vary by booth and venue layout. Share your floor plan or available area, along with the load-in route and power details. We will confirm the footprint and queue plan for the experience in your proposal.
When should we ask about availability?
Ask once you have a likely event date and venue or city. A request lets us check the format and production scope you want. Availability is confirmed only in the booking process.
Do you serve holiday events outside the Bay Area?
One, Two, Smile! is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Select events elsewhere can be considered when the production scope, travel plan and lead time support them. Share the venue location so we can confirm whether your event is feasible.
