Venue Setup Requirements
Plan for a 5×5-foot space and venue access at least two hours before booth operation.
Please share the venue address, booth location, indoor or outdoor setting and access schedule. A suitable power outlet is required. Share the outlet location so we can confirm cable access. Let us know about stairs, elevator access and loading restrictions before booking.

Internet and Outdoor Planning
The booth can take photos and print without an internet connection. Text and email sharing may wait in a queue until a connection is available. Venue Wi-Fi can help support sharing.
For outdoor events: discuss shade, weather protection and power access with us before booking. A canopy and/or additional power source may be needed. Weather can affect the experience if the booth is not in a shaded, cool area.
